Men crossing at the age 50 have to take more care about their health. Nowadays even the young 

men who are at the age of 25 are suffering a lot from different health problems like digestion, 

obesity, diabetes, heart related problems and some other health issues. To over come all these 

health problems sufficient diet and exercise has to be maintained in their daily life with out absent.

Here are some good health tips to be maintained for the old men in their daily life.

1) Daily 30 minutes walking or yoga has to be done regularly to keep ourselves physically fit.

2) Doing meditation daily will keep ourselves mentally fit.

3) Drinking 2-3 liters of water daily is good for health. It keeps body clean and healthy. But drinking excessive water will also cause a problem for old men because sufficient sodium has to be maintained for the body.

4) Having fresh green vegetables and fruits in our daily food keeps us healthy and fit. It’s better to have boiled vegetables because the fat content is less in the boiled vegetables and have more proteins in it.

5) Men who are having heart problems and diabetes have to take their diet very carefully. They have to restrict eating some food items with doctor consultation.

6) Most of the old men at the age of 60 are suffering from orthopedic problems. These people have to take proper physiotherapy and do proper leg joint exercises regularly. People who are non vegetarians have to decrease the amount of eating to some extent. It better to have mutton than chicken. Taking mutton bone soup twice in a week regularly increases the calcium level for the bones.

7) Always keep peaceful mind and be far away from mental tensions.

8) Stop drinking alcohol, cigarette smoking and some other drugs. It leads to heart attacks, cancers and some other dangerous health problems and decreases the life span also.
